Chef Platform applies the most current and dynamic concepts of nutrition to culinary arts. Chef Platform analyses the needs of the individual based on their activity and the location in which they operate. Along with the scientific committee presided by Prof. Galanti, it meets all requirements related to a proper diet with a goal of optimising one’s performance, physical and mental wellbeing.
Chef Platform was born from a passion for science and culinary arts in 2005 when Andrea Trapani met noted chemist Peter Barham, an international expert in the field of nutrition, who deeply touches him by his master piece The Science of Cooking."
