Chef Platform operates directly with or under the Medical department of the team, in local facilities or in international location and guarantees the requested standards in terms of nutritional and services needs concerning quality, food safety, hygiene and timing.

Executive Chef. Andrea Trapani is young, dynamic, and defines the word professionalism. The Italian chef is currently and since 2001, Director and Professor of Culinary Arts Department of well-known international academic institution Apicius/Fua.
